Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic Dental Procurement Team providing essential support to dental practices across the United States.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive procurement strategies, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of dental products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with practices to gather their requirements, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to procure dental supplies and equipment.
- Perform diligence by obtaining bids from suppliers and prepare pricing analysis.
- Working knowledge of a procurement system to help support the purchasing process for all practices along with assist in creating formulary and preferred listing of vendors.
- Detailed cost data analysis by suppliers, pricing, SKUs, practices level etc. is a must.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor contract performance and supplier KPIs, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Responsible for handling admin related duties of the implemented procurement system.
- Upkeep of suppliers’ pricing in the procurement system to ensure SALT gets best pricing.
- Any other ad hoc assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Business Administration, or another related discipline.
- 3+ years of proven procurement experience, purchasing supplies knowledge for Dental Practices preferred.
- Must have experience and knowledge of using an ERP or a procurement system.
- Excellent communication and team building skills along with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize projects and assigned tasks effectively.
